We produce 85% lean shaved steak, 90% lean special blend shaved steak, 95% lean shaved steak, 85-90% lean hamburg, beef kabobs and stew beef daily in our USDA inspected production facility. Our wholesale shaved steak is distributed frozen in 10lb. boxes. Private labeling available.
